He started learning the craft as a teenager, working alongside his dad on remodeling jobs around town. His dad had learned the same way—by watching his dad. For three generations, this work has been passed down, not just as a trade, but as a way of life: do it right, treat people well, and never cut corners.

Today, Ben leads BAC with over 30 years of hands-on experience and more than 25 years of running his own business. He’s walked through hundreds of homes, seen just about every challenge a project can bring, and knows how to turn ideas into well-built realities. He’s not just focused on the finish line—he’s committed to the process. Clear communication, dependable timelines, trusted subcontractors, and an unmatched eye for detail.
